- Recommended: 5+ year’s experience working in a leadership role, ideally within electrotechnical equipment production or/and injection molding of silicone, plastic or related materials products;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills to determine problems within the production process and take appropriate action;
- A proven track-record of the implementation of policies and procedures to maximize output;
- Excellent organizational skills in planning production schedules and the availability of necessary materials machinery and equipment;
- Good time management skills to minimize downtime;
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures;
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office;
- Lean production skills;
- English B2.
Education:
- University degree, bachelor or equivalent level of qualification in technical / engineering disciplines.
What You will do:
- Manage production personal 5+ employees;
- Coordinate all activities related to manufacturing processes;
- Prepare and realize production schedule;
- Prepare and implement procedures and instructions according to ISO;
- Organize internal production logistic;
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations requirements;
- Mantain and repair production equipment;
- Ensure availability of raw materials;
- Ensure compliance with production and quality standards;
- Participate in production equipment installation and commissioning;
- Improve technology and processes;
- Report to COO.
Qualifications:
- 3+years’ experience working in a leadership role, ideally the high-voltage tests;
- Lead quality team to achieve quality goals based on integral company’s standards, ISO 9001 and other relevant regulations;
- Monitoring performance of quality control systems to ensure efficiency;
- Lean production skills;
- Effective communication skills;
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office;
- Permission to work with electrical equipment over 1000 V;
- English B2.
Education:
- University degree, bachelor or equivalent level of qualification in electrical engineering disciplines.
What You will do:
- Manage HV lab personal 3+ employees;
- Carry out high voltage tests;
- Organize and participate in external tests;
- Coordinate all activities related to tests processes;
- Prepare and realize lab’s schedule;
- Organize internal logistic;
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations requirements;
- Maintain and repair test equipment;
- Ensure products quality control in all stages;
- Participate in test equipment installation and commissioning;
- Organize calibration of measuring and test equipment;
- Improve test technology and processes;
- Manage customer complaints and non-conforming products;
- Report to COO.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one years’ experience in the high-voltage electrical tests;
- Permission to work with electrical equipment over 1000 V;
Personal qualities: responsible, attentive, disciplined.
Team player willing to assist the production and testing.
Education:
- Technical college.

- Comply with the requirements of production procedures, instructions and safety and health regulations;
- Improve self-qualification and knowledge;
- Participate in improvement process;
- Mintain and repair test equipment;
- Manage customer complaints and non-conforming products;
- Report to Head of Quality Department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one years’ experience as automatic lines operator;
- Ideally within electrotechnical equipment production or/and injection molding or extrusion of silicone, plastic or related materials products;
- Personal qualities: responsible, attentive, disciplined.
- Team player willing to assist the production team.
Education:
- Technical college.

- Work on automatic injection molding lines;
- Conduct an initial quality control;
- Comply with the requirements of production procedures, instructions and safety and healthy regulations;
- Improve self-qualification and knowledge;
- Participate in improvement process;
- Report to Head of Production Department.
